Refund Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

We want you to be glad you bought from us. This policy explains how refunds and returns work depending on what you purchased and where.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All sales of digital products are final once the file has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise fails to open or function as described
  • The product delivered is materially different from its listing description
  • You were charged more than once for the same order

To qualify, refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. We'll respond within 3–5 business days and will either send a corrected file or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Requests based on change of mind, purchasing the wrong item by mistake, or simply not having used the download are not eligible for refund, since the file can be copied or saved once delivered.

PRINT PRODUCTS

Physical books sold through a print-on-demand or marketplace partner (for example, Amazon) are fulfilled and shipped by that partner. Returns, damaged-in-shipping claims, and exchanges for those orders are handled under that partner's own return policy — for Amazon orders, that means Amazon's standard return process, not this page.

PURCHASES ON ETSY, GUMROAD, OR OTHER MARKETPLACES

If you bought a product through Etsy, Gumroad, or another third-party marketplace, that platform's refund and buyer-protection policies apply, and refund requests for those orders should generally go through the platform first. We're still glad to help directly — just reach out.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email us with your order number, the product name, and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If you have an issue with an order, we'd appreciate the chance to resolve it directly before a payment dispute is filed with your bank or card issuer — it's usually faster for you and helps us keep serving customers well.
