Names in the Book is operated by Names In The Book Enterprises LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of namesinthebook.com and any purchase of products we sell directly through this site or through third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, Gumroad, and Amazon.
By visiting this site or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site or make a purchase.
2. WHAT WE SELL
We publish Bible-themed books and related materials, including but not limited to picture books, puzzle books, devotionals, songbooks, and digital downloads, for children and adults. Product descriptions, formats, and pricing are listed at the point of sale, whether that's this site or a marketplace listing.
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, but we don't guarantee that every description, image, or price on this site or any linked marketplace is complete or error-free at all times.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Purchases made directly through this site are processed by Stripe. Purchases made through Etsy, Gumroad, Amazon, or any other marketplace are subject to that platform's own payment processing, buyer protections, and terms, in addition to these terms where applicable.
We do not store your full payment card details; that information is handled directly by our payment processor or the relevant marketplace.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise, and don't include applicable sales tax, which is calculated and collected where required by law.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products (such as printable puzzle packs or downloadable study guides) are delivered electronically, typically as an immediate or near-immediate download or emailed link after purchase. Because digital products are delivered instantly, our refund stance is described in our Refund Policy.
Digital products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only, unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files themselves.
5. PRINT PRODUCTS
Where books are sold as physical, printed copies through a print-on-demand or marketplace partner (such as Amazon), that partner is responsible for printing, shipping, and fulfillment, and their own shipping and return policies apply to that order alongside ours.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All text, illustrations, designs, and other content in our books and on this site are owned by Names In The Book Enterprises LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product gives you the right to use it as described in Section 4 or 5 above — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying content to you.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
When using this site, you agree not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, misrepresent your identity to us, or use our products or content in a way that violates applicable law.
8. THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACES
Some of our products are also listed on third-party platforms like Etsy, Gumroad, and Amazon. Purchases made on those platforms are subject to that platform's own terms, privacy practices, and dispute processes, in addition to these terms. We aren't responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of any third-party platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Names In The Book Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
